Oy. You might be cute, but you ain’t exactly my type, either. Too ‘sweet’.

And you’re considerably too gruff for my liking.

You do have very interesting stories of war, however, Mr. Massani. Perhaps you could retell some of your more interesting exploits during your days with the Blue Suns.

Huh, never colored you as interested.

Yer alright, Tsoni. What did you want to hear?

Has your mercenary work ever sent you to a planet that you would describe as inhospitable?

Yeah, we got dumped on some planet in the ass-end of the Terminus Systems, full hard-suits to get through the smoke. The entire planet was eruptin’ at once, and some asshole had taken to hiding there, thinkin’ there was no way any merc would be dumb enough to go after him.

He was wrong, me and a couple Krogans were given the contract.

We had to get special mods for our visors, the kind usually reserved for Infiltrators, based off of Geth Hunter tech, just so we could see a damned thing. The smoke choked out everything, plants were dying even before the fires could reach em’.

One of the Krogan’s got knocked into a lava pit by the target’s sniper rifle. The other and I tried to charge the position through a bank of the smoke. I made it out the other side, Kurrak didn’t. Poor bastard, never could find him again, in the smoke.

Anyway, I found the target, put a bullet in both arms, and dragged him back to the ship.

That sounds…

Thrilling.

Doctor T’Soni, I’m trying to remember the way an Asari told me this story once. Could you tell me if I got it right in this retelling? I don’t care if there’s no proof of it, I just like the story…

The stories say that the first and foremost constellation in the sky over Thessia is the Mother. She watches over everyone below, and guides them on the right path. One day, the Sage came to the Mother’s temple, and spoke to her an ill omen of the future. “Mother Above All, The young ones will one day turned aside from your worship. Does this not worry you?”

“It does not, Sage. For while I have given them life, that life is theirs to control. I will do my best to protect them as a people. But if the day comes when they no longer believe, I shall give them gifts to remember me by.”

“‘What shall you give them?’ The sage questioned her.

“The first gift shall be a desire to learn. To find a reason behind everything that occurs. The second shall be a desire to grow. To move beyond the boundaries they have created for themselves. The third, a desire for companionship, for none should be alone.” As she said this, a tear came to her eye, which the sage noticed.

“‘Why give these gifts if the thought makes you sad, Mother Above All?” The sage placed a hand beneath the Mother’s face to catch the falling tear. But in the moment between the tear falling and it splashing in her hand, it stopped in mid-air. The Sage saw billions of Asari reflected in the tear. They were exploring the cosmos beyond their world, growing in power and knowledge, and finding companions to share it with. “Oh…I see.” said the Sage.

“Indeed. That is my last gift to them and it contains the first three. It is the gift of love. To love others and be loved in return, and for each of them to love in their own way. For it is by this gift that the Asari shall be made whole. Move your hand, Sage, and let my gift be given to my children.” The Sage pulled her hand away, and the tear fell upon Thessia, granting them the boons of the Mother. ‘With this, though they may move away from me, I shall always be with them.”

Did I get it right?- Gentaro Kisaragi.

Mr. Kisaragi—

I don’t see any fault in this. Your translation of the tale went smoothly. I, myself, have not heard this since I was a child.

Do you find my pyramid necklace sexy?

I am afraid that pyramids are too mainstream—I am only fascinated by much older things.

Don’t you have to sacrifice a monster or two to summon that one?

I have made many fair sacrifices in the past, Commander.

You also didn't rule out Shep or Javik, I noticed. Should Feron be concerned?

A relationship with Commander Shepard is completely up to them—if they desire my company, I am not so sure that I would be able to easily refuse it.

With Javik, I am not entirely sure if any attraction I feel is honest, or if it is a result of my lifelong fascination with the Prothean race. It would be… irresponsible of me to pursue anything there.

Feron should not be particularly concerned.

(ooc: you make my multiship brain hurt zaeed-mun uvu)
